Troubleshooting
What common errors mean and how to fix them.
"The transaction expired before it landed"
The network did not pick it up in time, usually when it is busy or a free RPC dropped it. DevBundler resends and retries three times on its own. If it still fails, wait a minute, raise the speed setting or the Jito tip, and try again. On the project page, Refresh status confirms whether a launch went through.
"This would leave an account below the rent-exempt minimum"
Solana requires a wallet to hold either zero SOL or at least about 0.00089 SOL. Use Max to send everything that can be sent, or Consolidate to empty a wallet completely.
"Not enough SOL"
The wallet cannot cover the amount plus fees and account rent. The launch form's "Needs" column shows the full amount; use Fund launch wallets to top up from your funder.
The bundle was dropped
Jito bundles are all or nothing. Nothing was sent and no SOL was spent beyond what the page shows. Raise the tip a little and press Launch again.
The dashboard says "Connecting"
The live market feed is starting. If it stays that way, refresh. If you host DevBundler yourself, make sure your proxy does not buffer or compress the stream endpoint.
Exit rules did not fire
Rules run while you are signed in. Signing out, or the auto-lock after the idle time in Settings, pauses them; they resume when you sign back in.
An exchange refused the API key
Check the key and secret, that withdrawals are enabled for it, and that the server's IP address is on the key's whitelist. If the exchange has an address whitelist turned on, the wallets you fund must be on it. Sending SOL back to an exchange also needs read access on the key, so DevBundler can look up your deposit address. If the exchange wants a memo with SOL deposits, DevBundler will not send there; deposit from your own wallet instead.
A passkey cannot be added
Passkeys need the PRF feature to unlock your wallets. iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager, Windows Hello, 1Password and recent security keys support it.
Still stuck?
Use Report a problem (Help, at the bottom of every page in the app) with the time, what you clicked and the error text. Check the Status page to see whether something is down.
