Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-15
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of DevBundler ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use DevBundler.
What DevBundler is
DevBundler is software that creates and manages Solana wallets for you, launches tokens on pump.fun with a bundle of wallet buys, and lets you trade and move funds across those wallets. It is a tool. We do not trade for you, give investment advice, hold funds on your behalf beyond the wallets you control through your account, or guarantee any result.
Your account and your password
- You need an account with an email address and a password of at least 12 characters.
- Your password encrypts your wallets. We never store it and cannot reset it. If you lose it, the wallets in your account cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Export your keys and store them safely if you want a second way in.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Turn on two-factor sign-in, keep your password private, and sign out on shared devices.
- One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
How your wallets are held
Wallets you create or import are stored on our servers, encrypted with a key derived from your password and a server secret. While you are signed in, the decryption key is held in server memory so that transactions can be signed for you; it is wiped when you sign out, after the idle timeout, or when the server restarts. This means DevBundler is a custodial service while you are signed in. Read the risk disclosure before depositing funds, and only keep in DevBundler what you need for your launches and trading.
You can export your private keys at any time (your password is required).
Fees
We charge a fee on launches and trades, taken in the same transaction. The current rates are shown in Settings and before you confirm each launch or trade. Network fees, priority fees and Jito tips are separate and go to the network, not to us. Premium plans, if offered, are paid in SOL at the price shown when you pay. Fees are not refundable once the transaction has confirmed on chain. We may change fees; changes apply to launches and trades made after the change.
Referral program
If the referral program is running, you may earn a share of the fees paid by accounts you refer, paid in SOL to the payout address you set. Earnings are credited only from fees that actually confirmed, may be held for a review period, and may be withheld or reversed for self-referrals, shared wallets, fake accounts or other abuse. We may change or end the program at any time; earnings already due under the old rules will still be paid unless they were obtained through abuse.
What you may not do
You may not use DevBundler to:
- break any law or regulation that applies to you, including securities, commodities, tax, sanctions and anti-money-laundering laws;
- manipulate markets: wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes, or misleading other people about who holds a token or why its price moves;
- defraud anyone, including launching tokens with the plan to abandon them after taking buyers' money ("rug pulls") or impersonating other projects or people;
- launch tokens that infringe someone else's rights or promote illegal content;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits;
- use the service if you are a sanctioned person, or on behalf of one.
Availability and changes
We work to keep DevBundler running and correct, but it is provided as is and as available. Blockchains, RPC providers, Jito, pump.fun and IPFS hosts are outside our control and can be slow, change their rules, or fail. Transactions can fail, land late, land at a different price, or not land at all. We may change, pause or remove features at any time.
No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a purpose, accuracy of prices, market caps, profit figures or estimates, and uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost tokens, lost funds or lost data, arising from your use of DevBundler, including losses caused by market movements, failed or delayed transactions, third-party services, or someone else using your password. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Closing your account
You can stop using DevBundler at any time. Export your keys and move your funds first: once your account data is deleted, your wallets cannot be recovered. We may close accounts that break these terms or that have been inactive for a long time, after notice where reasonably possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date below shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app; continuing to use DevBundler after a change means you accept it.
