Risk Disclosure

Read this before you deposit any SOL. If any of it is unclear, do not use DevBundler.

Meme coins can go to zero

Most tokens launched on pump.fun lose almost all of their value, often within minutes or hours. Prices move fast, liquidity can disappear, and other traders, bots and snipers act against you. Profit figures, multiples and market caps shown in DevBundler are estimates from on-chain data at that moment and can change or be wrong. Only use money you can afford to lose completely. Nothing in DevBundler, its blog or its marketing is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

DevBundler holds your keys while you are signed in

Your wallets are stored on our servers, encrypted. While you are signed in, the key that decrypts them is in server memory so that DevBundler can sign transactions for you. That brings risks a wallet only you control does not have:

  • If someone learns your password (and your two-factor code, if you turned it on), they can sign in and move your funds.
  • If you lose your password, your wallets cannot be recovered. We cannot reset it.
  • If our service is down, you cannot use your wallets through DevBundler until it is back. Export your keys to keep a way in that does not depend on us.

We protect wallets with strong encryption, two-factor sign-in, automatic sign-out and other measures described in our documentation, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep only what you need in DevBundler and move profits out.

Transactions are final

Solana transactions cannot be reversed. Sending to a wrong address, selling at a bad price or launching with a mistake cannot be undone by us or anyone else. Bundles can be dropped, transactions can fail and still cost network fees, and slippage settings can cause trades to execute at worse prices than you expected.

Third parties

DevBundler depends on services we do not control: the Solana network, RPC providers, Jito block engines, pump.fun and its programs, and IPFS hosts for token images. Any of them can fail, change their rules or fees, or stop serving us. Changes to pump.fun's programs can break launching or trading until DevBundler is updated.

Rules on tokens, trading and launching vary by country and change often. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to you, and for any taxes on your gains.
